We believe in assisting people to gain insight into changes they need to make in order to be safe, happy and at peace with themselves. This includes learning about chemicals, including alcohol, and how chemicals may affect our bodies, relationships and lives. It also includes learning about addiction and possible mental health issues that may be triggering chemical use, identifying harmful and unproductive behaviors and learning and practicing healthy coping skills. We do not assume that everyone who walks through the door or who has had legal problems is alcoholic. We want to meet you, chat a bit and get to know you. Our first concern is that you feel comfortable.
